I Really enjoyed the story i learned alot. The story talks about a knight who took a young womens virginity by force. So for his punishment the king left it up to his wife the Queen. He told the Queen she can do anything she wanted. She came up with the kight going away for a year and a day, while out on this journey he had to find out " What is the thing that women most desire. While on his journey he didn't get the answer he was looking for, so one the last day he saw a group of women dancing. He thought that maybe they could help him. When he got to them the disappered into thin air. the only perso that was in sight was a old women crouched on the ground. He told the women his problem. She made him agree to give her his hand and sware to do whatever she required next and he did. She told him the answer he was looking for. He went back to the Queen to give her the answer. After giving her the correct answer he old women who was crouched on the ground told the queen that she told him the answer and that he promised her that he would do the next think that she asked him to do. She ended up asking him to marry her and him being "loyal" he did. The wedding and the wedding night he was not very happy and really upset cause he was married to a old women. She had a talk with him and his perspective of the whole thing changed. When that happen his old wife tured into a beautiful young lady. and they lived happly ever after.

This began what is known as the norman Conqust, and it would eventually lead england to having a single ruler.

  • When goog King arthur ruled in ancient days. (A king that every Briton loves to praise)

Some of the most familiar figures from the Middle Ages were Knights who were loyal protectors of the king.

  • There was a knight who was a lusty liver.

The adoration of the lady was ment as a means of self- improvement for the knights, they would spend their idle hours composing poetry and songs of praise.

  • What is the thing that women desire the most.

You should make it a little more clear how you are relating the tale to the historical information from the Middle Ages. This shouldn't be hard.

Leave me another comment once you have done this.
